Is image2img free?
Yes. Everyone gets 10 free images a day, with or without an account. They’re 1K standard quality with no watermark, and the count resets at 00:00 UTC. You only pay if you want more images or 2K.
Do credits expire?
Monthly plan credits are valid for that month and don’t carry over. Yearly plans get all 12 months of credits upfront, and they last the whole year. Credit packs are valid for 12 months from purchase.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel whenever you like from Billing, and the subscription simply won’t renew. Credit packs are one-time purchases, so there is nothing to cancel. To switch plans, cancel first and then pick the new one.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If it’s within 7 days of purchase and you’ve used less than 10% of the credits from that purchase, you get a full refund. Email support@image2img.net and we’ll take care of it.
What is 2K?
2K is a higher-resolution version of your result, with the long side at about 2048 pixels. It has more detail for large screens and prints than the standard 1K. A 2K image costs 2 credits; a 1K image costs 1.
Can I use the images commercially?
Yes, on every plan, including free. There is no watermark. Just make sure you have the rights to the photo you upload.
